Anyone who has driven to Myrtle Beach or Florida knows that "South of the Border" is the place where you know you are soooo close to your destination. There used to be tons of signs "YOU ARE X MILES AWAY FROM SOUTH OF THE BORDER"....for some reason there are only a couple signs now. My kids went crazy when they saw Pedro the "Mexican man" Dylan called him. I pulled over for a couple of minutes for the kids to stretch their legs and run around. I managed to snap a couple of cute pics of the kids right before we arrived in South Carolina.
