We have news....

Oh the most important news and I forgot to post it....WE'RE HAVING ANOTHER BABY!!! Dylan is super excited about getting a new brother (or sister) we talk about it almost every day. Brynn is still too little to know what is going on, but we are happily planning and getting things ready for the newest addition....

Day at the park

We met a bunch of friends and their kids at a park last weekend and then we headed to an airport cafe for dinner. I don't know what I was thinking NOT having a camera with me at the airport but I did get to take a couple of pics of the kids playing at the park. It was an incredibly hot day that day and daddy did a great job handing the humid, sticky weather (since he hates the summertime heat). Brynn had a ball running around and climbing up the slide. Dylan enjoyed playing with Gilly (who he missed terribly). It was a great day and the kids were the best they have been in restaurants so far! They are growing up so fast--it's amazing how they talk and play together (like little adults). We definitely have to do it again soon.

Last Little Gym

Dylan wrapped up his 20 week Little Gym session last week. I was sad to see it end, since it's the last class he will attend at Little Gym. School starts in September so he won't have the opportunity to take all of the classes that he has the past 3 yrs. Here are some pics of Dylan our little gymnast.

Grahamsville Gallop

Holy moly it's been a month since I last posted. Dylan ran the Grahamsville Gallop on June 18th. He was so excited when we got home from work that he ran up to his room to get his race clothes and sneakers on so he can go running. When we got to the track, we signed him up, he was given a number and he was so ready to run. His race was the 2nd race. He took off and came in 2nd place! We were quite proud of him and he was so happy to get a trophy for his prize!

Knoebels '08

Oh how we love Knoebels! Knoebels is a country amusement park located in Pennsylvania. For the past 3 years I have taken Dylan to meet up with a bunch of friends for a day of pure fun. Knoebels is fanastic because you don't pay admission or for parking and the rides, food & games are really inexpensive. There's tons of shade where the kiddie rides are located so even on the hotest of days, you aren't wiped out from being in the sun. Dylan enjoys going to Knoebels and now Brynnie is big enough to ride on the kiddie rides with her big brother. I can't wait to go back (and neither can Dyl).
