Playing bikes

Dylan and Brynn cannot get enough of riding their bikes these days...Brynn likes to push her big brother around on the tricycle.

The Camo Princess

Here's a pic of Miss Brynn this morning sporting a Camo dress....too funny.

The handbag...

Brynn is really becoming a real girly-girl. She loves handbags and cracks us up because she walks around with her arm up in the air to keep her bag in place. She also has taken to wearing sunglasses. She's quite the character these days...

Antique Tractor show

This past weekend the weather was beautiful so Stephen and I took the kids down to the Antique Tractor/Car show. Dylan immediately saw a "Thomas the Train" toting kids around the fairgrounds and dragged us to where the children were lining up for a ride. Brynn surprised us because she also got very excited and started yelling "choo choo" when we got closer to the train. They had a great time and both kids got to ride on the train twice. It was a real treat for Dylan since he is such a Thomas the Train fan.

Little Gym for Brynnie

Oh Little Gym!!!! Brynn has not had certain opportunities that Dylan had as a baby. She's finally big enough to go to Little Gym and I have to tell you I enjoyed EVERY minute of this class with her. She 's a little monkey to begin with and she was as happy as could be from the second we walked into the gym until she got her sticker afterwards. I'm looking forward to doing this every week with her until the new baby arrives.

Mystic Connecticut

Family vacations only happen in our house during the month of September. We planned an extended weekend to Mystic but it only turned out to be an overnight stay. We did manage to see the boats and get to the aquarium. Here are some pics of the kids.

First Day of Pre K

The day finally arrived....September 4th. We've been attempting to prepare Dylan for Pre School for almost a year now. Time really flies by because before we knew it, I was packing Dylan's lunch and heading for school. I thought for sure drop off was going to go great since he has been beyond excited for months now. Well that could not have been further from the truth. Dylan panicked a little when daddy and I walked toward the door. The poor kid didn't even eat his lunch that day. I did manage to get a couple pics of him with a smile. By the end of the day Friday he was saying how much he LOVES school. I know he already befriended 4 other little boys so I know he'll be fine and ask to go to school every day (well hopefully)
